Okay so on December 4th FMU I took a test and it came back with a faint line (still noticeable)

December 10th I took another test MDU and it came back negative. I took the

test apart to try to test it again and realized it was a faulty test.

December 11th FMU at 2am I took another test and it came back with two dark lines showing a clear positive.

I had pregnancy symptoms such as breasts tenderness, fatigue, headaches, mood swings, backaches, headaches, diarrhea, frequent urination.

I then turned around and had spotting so I went to the ER and they tried telling me my hcg level was less than 1... (not sure how that's possible knowing I've had all these symptoms but alright)

What I guess I'm trying to get at is... Am I having an ectopic pregnancy?? Or are these just false positives?? The only symptoms I'm having now is headaches, fatigue, frequent urination and backaches.. I haven't taken any recent tests because I kinda just shrugged it off..
