Confused about FWB

My friends with benefits and I have kind of a weird relationship. There at some point was undoubtedly feelings involved on both ends, we recognized that and took a step back. Time past and we still hang out all the time not just for sex. He's become my best friend. But when we're in the middle of having sex he always talks about getting me pregnant. He also told me he had a dream that I was pregnant. I don't know what to think of all this, do you think he secretly wants something more with me?
