Preeclampsia?

I feel like my right hand is swollen and I've been having headaches lately and my nausea is back. Is it possible to have it without swollen feet? I went to urgent care on December 14th and they said my BP was normal but I did have a lot of white blood cells in my urine. The urgent care Dr also told me I have bv, yeast infection, and uti. She put me on flagyl and keflex. Can the blood cells in urine be associated to preeclampsia? I go to my OB on Wednesday.
