How is your baby’s poop? And does he/she eat rice cereal/baby food?

I’m just curious because my baby has always been EBF and isnt on rice cereal or baby food and ever since he was 5/6 weeks old he got green poop for two days then it turned bright orange muscusy and with a sour smell? He seems perfectly fine he was pooping after every feeding and is never fussier than normal he has never had a fever either.

I was thinking maybe dairy allergy ? But I’ve been eating dairy since the day he was born and he poop was mustard seedy and sweet smelling then it changed all of a sudden? I tried to stop eating dairy that didn’t help it stayed the same.

He is a week shy of 3 months and is now pooping maybe once a day ...
