Labor pain vs. miscarriage pain

So I’m almost 21 weeks with my 9th baby, 7th pregnancy. I had a healthy boy naturally and unmedicated with forceps and then a healthy girl induced but unmedicated and then miscarried 4 times (Singleton, Singleton, twins, twins) and now I’m pregnant with my rainbow baby! Doctors don’t know what has been going wrong and I’ve been tested for everything they can test for. I feel confident in this pregnancy, my last miscarriage was at about 13 weeks gestation but miscarrying was SO painful. Emotionally and physically. I feel like it physically hurt more than my two full term deliveries with my son and daughter and I’m worried about labor and delivery with this one now! I want to do everything naturally and unmedicated again. Anyone btdt?
