How many is alarming??

How many fully filled maxi pads a day is alarming?? I've filled at least 4-6, probably closer to 6.

Tbh i bleed heavily too. I wear a menstrual cup and it has lines saying how many ml’s of blood get filled and i googled the normal amount to lose during a period and it said 10-35ml i was over 35 in 2 days easily. So it all depends on the thickness of your uterus.

I would only be alarmed if you've had your period for awhile and this is a sudden change. For example if you've had a regular period for a few years and you only used regular pads and you were fine but this month suddenly you have a heavy flow. I was put on birth control because my periods were so heavy I would become anemic and pass out.
