I use a cup so I never need a back up supply of anything. I bought panty liners a year ago and still haven’t gone through them because I never leak with the cup.

I usually get a small pack of regular and super takpons and some liners. Then I have about half the box left for my next period and once I get it again i go out and buy another small box for the next time. But luckily I won't be needing them for the next 9 months lol

I usually have one or two pads but I buy as needed because I am so irregular, though I am looking into buying reusable products with bamboo fibres
