So I’m virgin. And am in a relationship and now thinking off birth control. I’ve done my research and I wanted something that I didn’t have to remember to take and had no hormones. So the IUD seemed like the best decision. But when I spoke to my doctor she told me not to get it because off my age (I’m 18) and the fact that I’ve never had children.

So I would like to know why I can’t have it. Because I’ve read that I can but it can be painful (for some)

So I would like to know your opinions and if you’ve had it.

Because I got really annoyed at the doctor shutting me down.
