The pill - Nausea

I started taking the pill and I’m almost done with my first pack, I was just wondering how long it can make your nausea can last? I take mine at 11:30 p.m. and it seems like if I don’t sleep in late sometimes and wake up early at like 7 or 8 a.m. I will feel nauseous like I’m not sleeping through the side effect? Is this normal?
