Well I had a scheduled csection on December 18th! Woke up happy,scared shitless but ready!! Got everything in the car, left on time, got on the high way & BAM!! A freaking car accident happened a few miles ahead of us , traffic stopped and they said it was going to be hours before it was open! We were about half a mile from an exit where we could turn around, my husband is freaking out, trying to back up on the highway to go through a safe spot on the median. That didn’t work. Finally 45 minutes later, they let some get off the exit. We were already late for my csection. Pissed and crying we had to take the long way around which took almost an hour!! We finally got to the hospital, I’m shaking because I wanted my baby out now and I didn’t want to reschedule it or wait! We finally got admitted and Iv started. Only 30 minutes of Iv I was walked back! And in what felt like a minute my precious baby girl was born!! 7lbs 2oz!! Screaming and crying!! She was perfect and healthy!

Got back to my room, and my family was there, my moms phone rang and she answered it. She started crying and I knew, I just knew it had something wrong to do with my grandfather. My grandfather was brought into the same hospital just a couple hours before my daughter was born and unfortunately passed away two hours after she was delivered!!! I had no idea he was there or what was going on. The nurses let me go see him, unknowingly to them that he passed already I was wheeled into the room where my pappys lifeless body laid covered, I lost my mind, I screamed and cried to get me out because I just couldn’t take it. My daughters birth is something I will remember for the rest of my life. One left this world but another joined it. She is everyone’s saving grace including mine ❤️
