Feeling discouraged

I’m predicted to ovulate tomorrow. I got a blazing positive around this time in October (I didn’t test last month at all). Yesterday it looked like my line got a bit darker but today it was lighter. I test around 2:00pm every day. Should I be testing multiple times? Do I still have a shot? My periods have been regular since I came off of birth control in June. We had sex Wednesday, Thursday, skipped yesterday and will probably have sex today.
