So i just took this about 15 mins ago. it would be fully developed at 5:40pm! I guess ill have to bed like crazy because I'm sure come Tuesday my next ultrasound appt they are going to tell me oh no mature follicles it looks like you ovulated!!! I just don't understand if they are fully looking at my ovaries. They can only see partial of my ovaries at times.

**Update** So today at 10dpo I tested and got this!

The docs said no mature follicles the time I posted this and that Letrozole did not help, but ovulation was confirmed through blood work on 12/26. This test was taken at 6am this morning.
