Bad hip pain
Anytime I sit still for a while I have awfulllll hip pain to the point I can’t walk. For example last night I was at a friends and we sat at their dinner table for a while talking them I had to drive home... once I laid down it just felt like someone used my hips as a punching bag. And I cannot stand or walk once I try to get up without help. This has never happened until I got pregnant. What do I do???
