Stress causing cramps... IUD

I Just got my kyleena iud placed about 4 days ago. I have been cramping on and off the past couple days which I expected. I have been noticing whenever I get stressed out I begin cramping really bad for a couple minutes until I calm down. Am I the only one ??😂
