I️ had my 6 week pp checkup and only down about 15lbs since giving birth. Definitely a reality check that I️ have about 35 left to lose! I was looking through old photos to set a goal and came across my boudoir shoot that was a gift to my husband for our wedding. This was pre-marriage and pre-baby but I’m determined to get back or better.
Any mamas have workout/weight-loss tips with a newborn? We live in a rural area so gym membership is not feasible at the moment.
