Do dogs really sense pregnancy?

Probably not even more then a month pregnant and immediately my pup doesn’t wanna leave my side (she never sleeps on ghe bed she always goes under it)

First of all, my dog is basically human. Secondly, she’s very clingy. But since I’ve been pregnant she has to be right beside me. She is literally laying between me and my husband (me spooning her). I swear on my life I didn’t place her this way. She’s also become very protective. My husband loves nerf guns (he’s a literal 8 year old) and suddenly my Delilah barks and barks when he shoots one. They totally know
