Does this TV show owe this YouTuber money?

So in my recommended was a YouTuber named jesssfam

She claims that the TV show 'Jane the virgin'

Used her voice in the show. It was when Jane was giving birth to her son.

Jane asked if she could try a natural birth, after that you hear in the back ground "OH MY GOD OHHHHH" from another woman in a different room.

And then Jane is like "ya I'll get the epidural"

Jess had a natural labor with twins and vlogged it. This is where they got her voice from. Around 19: 36 she's screaming "OH MY GOD OOOOH" as she's pushing one of the twins out. At first I thought jess was reaching but I totally believe her now. In the video where shes talking about it she compared them and then played the TV show and the clip of her birth vlog at the same time and it was the exact same thing.
