How many days did you cramp after getting IUD ?

I had my kyleena IUD inserted around 4 days ago. I have been having cramping (on the minor side) since it was inserted. What’s your experience with cramping with an IUD ? When should I worry?

Got it almost 2 weeks ago and still get slight cramping. I've read that it can take a while before it stops just like the bleeding/discharge.

Just got the mirena on Wednesday and have had severe cramping. Went to the doctors today and everything was fine she said my body was just struggling to adjust, gave me some anti inflammatory meds and pain meds. Told me to check the strings regularly and if I'm. Still in pain next week to go back in.
