How to raise sperm count !!!

anyone have any suggestions on things that have helped them conceive, I feel like we have been trying , and trying to not try and nothing... we took a at home fertility test , mine came back normal and my hubbys came back as low sperm , need help. please don't suggest doctor as we are not wanting to go that route yet.
