What do you wear to bed at that time of the month?

I know it can be unsafe to sleep in tampons due to TSS but it's my preference for comfort. Just wondering what everyone else prefers 🤷🏻‍♀️

Tampons but I never sleep a full 8 hours I'm usually getting up to pee like every 3 hours or so, so I change it then too

I wear 2 pads, and then i have a plastic sheet under me so i wont stain my sheets
