Missed miscarriage?

Hello. I’ve never had a miscarriage before but I can’t tell why I’ve been bleeding so much for almost two weeks now. I’ve passed small clots and the bleeding isn’t normal. The bleeding is thicker and more mucusy, and a few times I’ve said it looks like a mucous plug when you lose it before birth. Also, lots of little tissue comes out in the toilet but it’s been like two weeks of this almost. I just want to stop bleeding my doctor diagnosed me with a uti :( but I can’t stop bleeding and I have cramps with it so I think it’s something else.
