this is my second pregnancy and I feel like my belly hasn't grown much at all in the past few weeks. there's still basically nothing there. even at this point in my first, I had a tiny bump. is it just that every pregnancy is different? or is it possible that this baby isn't growing anymore... the thought of a missed miscarriage has been haunting me. my boobs are still very sore and I get headaches so I have some symptoms but this whole lack of bump thing is starting to worry me.

(I know I'm being dumb. my husband tells me I'm worrying for nothing. but I'm an anxious person and pregnancy has always been a tough time for me in that regard)
