Does anyone else get little cramps?

Does anyone else get little random cramps on either side of the abdomen? My OB said it was nothing to worry about but some of them hurt worse then my period cramps. Any tips on how to help ease the pain?

Are they sharp pains that last for a short time (less than a minute)? If so, it’s probably round ligament pain.

I get them. It’s just like a burst of sharp pain, then kind of dull and then over pretty quickly
