Ok so AF was supposed to come three days ago. She didn’t. The last two days ive been extremely nauseated and constantly feel on the verge of vomiting. Now I have crazy diarrhea to go with it. Still negative tests though (except one I couldn’t tell if it was a vvfl or just the indent but none since then have had it) can this be early pregnancy or do you think I just have a bug?? I still have yet to actually vomit. Just a bunch of gagging and even feeling kinda dizzy. Any help is appreciated so thanks in advance!!
