What medication can I take?

I am 10 weeks pregnant and miserable! Pounding headache, sinus infection, severe sore throat, body aches. What can I take over the counter besides Tylenol? I’ve been taking Tylenol and it’s not cutting it. Doctors office is closed and I haven’t had my 1st prenatal appointment yet to ask.

It’s not medication but a cold compress with a few drops of peppermint oil really helped my headaches and some nausea too.

you probably need antiobiotics.. that is the only thing that worked for me. i started taking them on thuesday and its only today that I finally start to be normal again. good luck!

I used mucinex for a cold but that turned into a sinus infection so I was put on safe antibiotics!
