My native language is not English so; what is the difference of them?

your cycle isn't just ur period. it's everything from ovulation through to your period. 
period and menstruation are..the same thing? unless there's a scientific difference I don't know..?

Period and menstruation is the same thing. It means the time when you’re actually bleeding. A lot of women on here refer to it as Aunt Flow, or “AF”. There are lots of slang terms for it, but I just call it my period.

I usually call it Aunt Flo or my lady situation or something similar to that, but I also call it a period. Just depends on what I feel like saying at the time and who I'm talking about it with.
