Girlies I need your advise if you can give me any

I am now 3 weeks late I know it would of been because of my type 1 diabetes but I have been nauseous, tired, had sore boobs and have a few vivid dreams, but I have been taking tests for about a weeks and a half now all negative but just now after going to the loo and wiping this was a small amount of blood. When I usually get my period it is heavy from the start but there was nothing in my knickers and it is a very light pink colour. Took a test this morning and it was negative what should I do? Iv never been this late apart from when I was pregnant back in 2015 and been praying for my rainbow baby ever since.
