Any moms have C-sections? I had one unexpectedly at 8cm dilated when my son’s heart rate dropped to the 80’s. I felt so much tugging and pulling he was stuck in the birth canal because how far dilated I became. The pain after was so bad I couldn’t even hold him. My incision stings when I get up and I can’t even change his diaper I’m worried when I go home I won’t be able to care for him any advice?
