I’ve always heard it as a catchall term for illicit drugs. It’s one I mostly associate with out of touch people trying to relate to the youth. Like I picture a middle aged HS science teacher saying, “stay off the dope, erm young homies…diggity”.

I think of dope as in like “man, that’s dope”

I thought dope was weed fam 😂

Lmao dope is weed and always has been. Crack and such are called rocks Cocaine and such is called powder or snow. I could go all day but you get my drift already.
