So I'm pregnant right now. My fiancé is white, I'm black.

Can I just say that I'm tired of people (all races, mind you) showing me pictures of their Facebook friends' mixed children. And of course they follow it up with, " I just love mixed babies."

They do it randomly. We're never talking about what I think my child will look like. We are never actually even talking about my child.

They seem to feel like they need to tell me.

Like, awesome. I'm glad I can have another token mixed kid for you and your friends to fawn over. I just think it's rude. Stop fetishizing my unborn child, maybe.

No one does that to people who are procreating within their race.

Yes, I am hormonal. But no. It still isn't okay.
