TMI post menopausal

Any moms deal with extreme vaginally dryness after getting tubes tied? I've completely lost my sex drive and Everytime I have sex i a get cut so bad down there I can't have sex for a good few weeks even if I use lubes... Water based lubes and normal lubes. Sensitive lubes! Nothing works. And my stomach is constantly swollen and I feel nauseous all the time and I can't even feel my orgasms anymore. Is it possible to maybe go through early menopause... Or what? I have no idea what's happening. My whole body is changing and it's really freaking me out. I haven't even had a normal poop or period. I constantly have diarrhea even though I eat healthy and get plenty of fiber. And my periods are very out of whack. Sometimes there a week like sometimes they last for a day and off the days and back again on the fourth day. I'm at my wit's end and I don't wanna make an OB appointment just to be told I'm FINE.
