please help me

Has anyone had a light period enough for two pads and just when their wipe followed by creamy but yellow tinted CM ? I’m kinda worried , took a wondfo test or it was negative; not sure if i should give it another try with a first response? i also has leaked through my right nipple, I had never had that happen to me, and now my boobs for the past few days have been sore, and my nipples puffy lol which is making me feel weird. My nipples are sticking out more than my boob at the moment 😭 should i retest with first response? or just freak it.
