When SO buys expensive gift. I spent about 30 dollars less & I feel bad haha. Ugh I can’t get it off my chest lol.

Nope because I only ask for things I need lol I like to try and live a minimalistic lifestyle when I can and he knows I don’t want all that extra stuff

Last year my hubby got me a 3,000$ diamond cross necklace and I got him golf balls and a golf shirt. 😳. If he wants to and has it saved up in his “slush fund” I’m never complaining! 
He does like when everyone compliments it though 😂

He spent 300$ on me a Pandora bracelet for Christmas 😩😩 we said we weren't getting anything for each other this year because we have the twins coming. We have spent so much on them and still have things to get....

i do now and then but then i remember, my husband makes like 3x what I make, although we are married we still each have a separate account in addition to our joint to give us each a sense of independence...anyways I do things for him all the time throughout the year. I have goodies sent to his work, or I plan special events. (once I saved up and planned a surprise vacation-he had no idea until I woke him up at 3am to catch a flight)... when I get him gifts now, I want to make sure that he'll actually use it. truth is he buys what he wants when he wants it anyways!! I say don't feel bad, make his favorite meal wear his favorite lingerie and call it a day.
