Blood blister? Help!!

So I am EBF now and my right side has gotten sore and I do get little white spots in my nipple and thatswhat it started as but now it’s red and looks like a little blister or bubble of blood what can I do to help it heal up my baby is almost 3 months could it be an infection or will putting her in a different feeding position help

I had blisters and they gave me some thing called magic nipple cream and it was healed in 3days

I had one a few weeks ago. I took a hot shower, and just let the water run on my breast/nipple. I massaged my breast and then I slowly peeled away the top of the blister and massaged again. It was a little painful but not nearly as painful as nursing with that. I then had my baby nurse immediately after and it was completely healed by the next morning.
