diarrhea. equal labor or just freaking out?

I've had off and on diarrhea since yesterday I'm in my 3rd trimester 29+5. it feels weird to feel,this bad but still,be,hungry. I've also got mild cramping but I'm not sure if it's my mind psyching myself out for labor or if it's bc I've been crapping since yesterday. nothing else feels wrong the baby is totally active which I know is a good thing anybody have any thoughts I don't remember this with my first other than he was early as well 35wks

I'd get checked out! I hope it's not preterm labour. Maybe food poisoning?? Diarrhea and cramps sound like food poisoning to me. Cramps could also be from dehydration from the diarrhea. I had my first at 36 wks, I had PPROM. My second didn't come until 39 wks. Don't worry mama! Hold that baby inside and make sure you stay hydrated.

Diarrhea is not really a sign of labour however the cramping is. If you had your first early then I’d still get checked out just to be safe.
