Child day care or baby sitter?

I started working part time for 3-4 hrs / twice a week. Would you recommend sending my soon to be 1year old baby to day care or hire a baby sitter?

agree... definitely pros and cons for each. but I would go with a day care (find a good one with experienced teachers) so you baby can get social interactions with other kids and get new experiences throughout the day.

Personally I think there's pros and cons to both. I'm an ECE and worked in daycares for 7 years. I've seen great ones and not so great ones. Also,  it depends on the babysitter you would hire. Just make sure you do a background check and get references!
