When a “guy pulls out” his sexual fluids have still get on your vulva, then they will instinctively try to go into your vagina and you may be impregnated. This is very rare, but possible. Even more rare (but again definitely possible), if a male ejaculates near you or on something near you (clothing, furniture, etc.) the sperm will survive for a period of time and does having the capability to impregnate you. It is not 99% effective to “pull out”, it is much less.
