4 weeks late and still no BFP...why?!!

Still not signs of period, I’m having headaches everyday, nauseous every morning and through the day, pressure in lower abdomen and no signs of period coming. I’m getting zapping pains in my breasts and they are heavy and larger than usual. Has anyone ever tested negative this late but ended up being pregnant? I think I am pregnant because I have never been this late. What should I do?!

I’ve been tracking my ovulation and period and it’s been 28 day cycles for the past 6 months. I’ve only been tracking ovulation by cervical mucus and tracking of period on glow app. Had sex during fertility window and ovulation day so I’m hoping I’m pregnant but likely I’m not. I have blood work scheduled for next week and if I still don’t get my period, an ultrasound is scheduled on the 15th so I guess I’ll find out then.

Either your pregnant or maybe you didn’t ovulate. Do you track your ovulation?
