Sperm leaking out

Hubby and I are TTC for #2 after three miscarriages. I use OPKs and take my temp. I just worry that after we BD during our ovulation days I always have sperm that leaks out. I do stay in bed for at least 10 minutes afterwards. Could this be the reason we’re not seeing our BFP?
