Does anyone else see two lines or am I crazy? Lol

My husband and I have been trying to conceive our first baby. We had a miscarriage back in early October. I took this pregnancy test today and I’m seeing two lines but maybe it’s not what I think it is lol. 
Your help will be appreciated !
