Breastfeeding help

I had my first son 2 years ago! I have breastfeeding a good try for a month but it just hurt so bad and I produced nothing. I’m pregnant with my second and I want to breastfeed for like six months!! Did anyone have better luck producing the second time around? What can I do to help this? I really wanna be a milk cow 😂
