Strength training at home?


Hi ladies, what are some exercices y'all do for strength training?

I run everyday (my diet is carb heavy due to the country I'm living in) and I wanted to lose the 10lbs I had gained but now I want the 'infamous' instagram body.

I have no access to gym equipment even dumbbells.

What I want: abs or that line in the center of your stomach, that peachy booty, and a toned back.

I'll have access to a variety of foods (more protein) in the middle of January (hopefully)
