Thoughts on having a baby at 21?

Personally I wouldn’t have been ready at 21.

Everyone is different. I can’t say any age is a good age because it’s individual to the person. I don’t know you so I can’t say if it sounds like a good idea or not. I had my first baby at 19 and I’ll have my second at 20. We have a good life. But obviously not all 19/20 year olds are capable of supporting children at that age.

Age doesn't necessarily matter, but what does though is having a stable flow of money and being able to support that child.

I got pregnant with my first at 20, had him at 21. I’m 23 and will have my 2nd a month before I turn 24. 21 is a fine age if you think you’re ready. I had my own place and income to where I was financially stable.

I had my first baby at 21, & I decided to have all of the babies I’m going to have before I turn 25, I don’t want anymore kids after that. I’m 23 with a 2 year old & I am 4 months pregnant with my second. I will be 24 when I have this baby, so I made my goal. I think my son saved me from so many stupid decisions I could have made at a young age, he’s my hero.
