PCOS with regular periods?

Hi everyone. We have been trying to conceive for over  two years.  Inquired about pcos on my first RE visit.  It was ruled out bc my cycles are normal and i always get a positive OPK.   My luteal phase is short,  i have a significant amount of unattractive hair growth, and a just learned that i have elevated DHEA.  When I google these symptoms it leads me to PCOS.  Has anyone been diagnosed with a regular cycle and positive OPK?

hey yes my cycles are a clockwork 28 days. never been late no hair growth i ovulate every month but i have pcos. so yes it is possible. i am also ttc for 2.8 years

I have a fairly regular cycle of 31-33 days and was just recently diagnosed with PCOS after an ultrasound revealed several small cysts, and my lab work came back with a high DHEAS level. I do get several small hairs on my neck and chin as well.

I get cycles every month and have been diagnosed with PCOS. My cycles are a little longer, between 31-35 each month. I started taking these about 25 days ago and for the first time in years I had a normal 29 day cycle.
