My water at 36 weeks is leaking, it took me a few days before I realised what may be happening as I just kept working and thought it was discharge but my bump was noticeably smaller, I went to the hospital and they took a swab, and urine and blood tests and confirmed I’m leaking amniotic fluid!

They kept me 2 days, gave me 2x steroid injections to help her lungs develop in case I had to deliver early and then I waited 2 days in there before I got let out today, I’ve been on antibiotics for 2 days and they gave me enough to last up to the date of my Caesar (1 week) unless I go into labour before then.

Anyone else having their waters leak and got to go home?
