Wondering if any one else has had this happen and have the pregnancy turn out okay. Yesterday evening there was a brown discharge in my underwear (like old blood). Washed hands and checked CM and had bright red blood. Zero cramping. This morning woke up without my usually nausea (that I've become accustomed to in the past few weeks of being pregnant). I have my first appointment scheduled this afternoon but trying not to freak out. (approx 7 weeks along)
