Cysts

After having a period for the majority of 3 months, I have been told I have 2 uterine fibroids as well as an ovarian cyst. Has anyone else had this as a problem? Has anyone successfully been able to conceive and carry to full term with fibroids? The Doctor told me it should not cause any problems with conceiving but it’s always nice to hear it from others that have gone through it.
