Diarrhea + BH

Started having diarrhea this morning now they are accompanied by Braxton hicks that push down on my rectum and make me need to go use the restroom😭😭😭😭 haven't tried timing them cause their so irregular.. is this normal or does this perhaps mean I'm in labor?
