Totally up to you. I've kept all mine, mostly because I can't be bothered going through and deleting pictures. If you like to keep memories then keep them, if you're not so bothered by that then delete them

I think we need more context before answering. If you were together for like a month then sure. It's just a brief moment in your life. If you were together for a long time, etc etc. then keep them.

That’s completely up to you. We can’t tell you what you “should” do. I keep photos because they are my memories. Someday I’ll be old and dying and possibly wish to look upon them once again. No one can tell you what to do with your memories.
