Clomid or another one? Endometrosis

I have stage 4 endometrosis, and took Clomid 50mg. Didn’t conceive, and my period was AWFUL! I wanted a morphine drip!! It was horrible. Anyway I know its not the most idea drug for endo but ... now I’m going to 100mg of it and I’m scared shitless about how my period is going to be this next month IF I don’t conceive. Not sure I could take another period like the one I had! Anyone else?!

I have endo and I took 11 rounds of clomid one pregnancy that ended in mc. Af was always so painful on clomid. Got switched to letrozole got pregnant so far everything is going good. Periods weren’t nearly as painful. But normally only a infertility specialist will offer letrozole most obs won’t.

Definitely look into letrozole. Less side effects and more beneficial to women with endo or PCOS.
